Do we accept returns?

Because we sell food items, we're not able to accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your purchase, please let us know and we'll do our best to make it right for you. Email us through our contact form!

How is shipping calculated?

UPS shipping costs are based on weight, dimensions and destination. There are no additional fees to ship from Double Q Pecan Company. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email that provides a UPS tracking number.  

How do I receive free shipping?

Free shipping is offered once a spending level has been achieved. This is calculated after all discounts have been applied. If a discount has an order below this, free shipping won't be activated. Please note free shipping is only offered to one location. If you are shipping to multiple addresses, only one shipment will qualify.
